A supportive group designed for individuals experiencing emotional distress, life transitions, grief, anxiety, depression, or overwhelming stress.

Child Emotional Regulation Group (Ages 6-9)

Loss can feel isolating. Holding Light provides a compassionate space for individuals grieving the death of a loved one, life transitions, divorce, infertility, pregnancy loss, or other significant losses.

Fostering Hope

Foster, Adoptive & Kinship Parent Support Group

Parenting children with complex histories requires unique support and understanding.

Fostering Hope provides education, encouragement, and practical tools for foster, adoptive, and kinship caregivers navigating attachment, trauma, behavioral concerns, school systems, and family transitions.

Minecraft Social Skills Group
