  • The length of therapy depends on each client's needs, goals, and circumstances. Some clients benefit from short-term support, while others engage in longer-term therapy to address deeper concerns.

    Your therapist will work collaboratively with you to create a plan that fits your goals.

  • Both! We offer therapy appointments in our Rifle, CO office, and virtual appointments for Colorado residents.

  • Yes! Many of our therapists offer evening and weekend availability to accommodate busy families and work schedules.

  • We work with children (3+), teens, adults, couples and families. Our therapists specialize in different age groups and developmental stages.

  • You can request a consultation or schedule a session online. Our team will reach out to help match you with the right therapist and walk you through next steps.

    • Appointments must be canceled at least 24 hours in advance.

    • Cancellations less than 24 hours before a session, or missed sessions, will incur a $70 fee.

    • Three missed sessions or late cancellations may result in termination of therapy, as this may indicate it is not the right time for services.

    • Credit card on file will be charged for applicable fees.
