Online inquiries are not monitored as an emergency response service.
The Heart Behind Lighthouse Sessions
Lighthouse Sessions began with a need Jillian Standley and Natalie Hanks saw again and again while working together in crisis care: people needed someone to turn to in the space between a difficult moment and the start of ongoing therapy.
They saw how heavy that waiting could feel—for a parent trying to help a struggling child, for someone overwhelmed by anxiety, or for a person doing their best to keep moving through an unexpected season of life.
For Jill, the idea was deeply personal. A friend’s need for a program like this made the importance of timely, compassionate support especially close to her heart. She wanted there to be a place people could reach for when waiting felt too hard.
Jill brought the vision and the words that continue to describe its purpose: “bridge the gap.”
Natalie brought Illuminate’s infrastructure and a team of therapists who could help put that vision into practice. Together, Jill’s idea and Natalie’s clinical resources became a way to offer short-term support, practical guidance, and a connection to what comes next.
That bridge also connects the support available through Aspen Hope Center with the path toward ongoing therapy—helping people find a next step in the space between crisis care and longer-term treatment.
Lighthouse Sessions carries both Jill’s heart for this work and Natalie’s commitment to building the support around it. At its center is a simple hope: that people facing a difficult moment can feel less alone while finding their way forward.
